Resolution Clerk

Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) at Leisure World, Seal Beach (LWSB) is currently recruiting a full-time Resolution Clerk for our Finance Department.

This position is not open to LWSB members/residents to lessen the risk of exposing GRF members' confidential financial or personal information.

Your Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-time, non-exempt (hourly).
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
  • This position is 100% on-site.
  • Hourly Pay Range is $20.27 per hour up to $27.76 per hour.

The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

In this position, you can expect to:

  • Interfacing with our Service Maintenance, Purchasing, and Finance Department Teams
  • Check material(s), labor, as well as other pertinent information on completed Service Request Orders (SRO) for accuracy.
  • Summarize work completed from Request Orders for Summarize for billing.
  • Partner with our Service Maintenance supervisor, dispatchers, and Purchasing department to compile correct information on Service Request Orders.
  • Sort SROs for proper filing.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Provide backup to the cashier position as needed.
  • Invoicing of all completed SROs.

The qualifications you are required to have are:

  • Office Experience: 2 years
  • Education: High School Diploma at minimum
  • Skills: Typing Speed, at a minimum 60 words per minute; Detail Oriented; Basic Mathematics; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Knowledge of repair and maintenance processes will be advantageous; Great verbal & written communication skills)
  • Ability to use diplomacy and sound judgment.
