Member Services Associate

Department: Stock Transfer
Location: Seal Beach, CA

Golden Rain Foundation at Leisure World Seal Beach has an immediate opening for a Member Services Associate. Located in our Stock Transfer Office, this position is customer facing and assists in a variety of administrative tasks. In this role, you will manage the documentation and facilitate the transfer of stock shares for Seal Beach Leisure World Mutual Corporations. You will offer administrative support for essential resident and member processes, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining the resident database and handling membership transfers. You will engages with other departments and addresses inquiries from residents, escrow personnel, and staff about these processes. Job Summary:
We are seeking a Member Services Associate to join our team. The Member Services Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our shareholders, residents, assisting with membership inquiries, pet and caregiver registrations, and resolving any concerns or issues. For escrows, you will prepare financial packets and coordinate escrow inspections.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities:
- Answering member inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Assisting with membership applications and renewals
- Resolving member concerns or escalating issues as needed
- Maintaining accurate member records in the database
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Providing administrative support to the Membership Services team
- Upholding the organization's standards of customer service

Current hourly pay range for this position $24.15 per hour up to $32.99 depending on experience.
